So have a crack at it.

Cook something new.
Read something fun.
Please do something you have wanted to do.
Love.
Give Love.
Receive love.
Play.
Bounce that ball.
Catch the rhythm with your body
Shake your body.
Go on.
Learn a new skill.
Speak a new language. Just try to say a few words at first.
Hello and thank you would suffice.
Then expand upon Good Morning, Good Day, Good Night.

Don’t overthink, my friend.

I say, think of something excellent.
